At The Purest, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Sale Items

All sale purchases including promotional events are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on items purchased on sale.

Returns & Store Credit

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose to receive a replacement or a store credit.

We do not offer cash refunds for non-damaged items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon delivery at thepurestbotanical@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Please notify us of incorrect items within 10 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Used or opened skincare, makeup, or beauty accessories
  • Any product that has been tampered with or shows signs of use
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Allergic Reactions & Buyer’s Remorse

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Disliking a product after use
  • Allergic reactions

As per South African Public Health regulations and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for these reasons.

We strongly encourage all customers to:

  • Read full ingredient lists available on our website
  • Review both positive and critical customer feedback

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, we can offer:

  • A full store credit, or
  • A refund, minus any BobPay transaction fees incurred

Response Time

Should you need to contact us regarding a return or issue, we aim to respond within 24 hours.
